There are three ticket options for PIE2015:
Early-bird tickets are available for purchase until 23rd October, at which point Full-price tickets go on sale until 7th December – both ticket types are suitable for a single delegate only.
Group tickets allow a maximum of three delegates to attend at a discounted rate and are on sale until 7th December.
Please note we require the details of all delegates attending.
A single ticket cannot be used by more than one person, however, tickets may be re-allocated to another person if clear instruction is given to us before the day and all parties involved are in agreement. We must receive this instruction in advance of the day of the conference, by noon on the 7th December at the very latest. Delegates may wish to consider a Group ticket if three people would like to attend together – please note we require payment from one card only.
Booking fees are refundable, less a £50 processing fee, up until November 30. No refund will be issued after 30th November. All cancellations must be confirmed to us by email. Ctrl-Shift is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, travel difficulties, health issues, etc.
Ctrl-Shift encourages people with disabilities to participate in the conference. The conference is on the -2 level and there is an escalator and lift available. Please make us aware of any special access requirements you had when booking your ticket; you can explain your requirements as part of the registration process. Delegates receive a confirmation email and their ticket soon after the point of purchase, both are generated by Eventbrite. A digital ticket can be reissued if the delegate cannot no longer find it. Please contact us if this is the case.
A finger food buffet is provided within the cost of the ticket, which includes vegetarian options and meat options. Coffee, tea and soft drinks will be provided at lunchtime and there will be a complimentary tea and coffee break mid morning and mid afternoon.

King’s Cross & St Pancras Stations are within a short ten minute walk of Kings Place and offers the largest interchange on the London Underground network. It connects six tube lines: the Circle, Hammersmith and City, Metropolitan, Northern, Piccadilly and Victoria.
St Pancras International Station offers direct journeys to Paris and Brussels. Amsterdam, Cologne and other European destinations can also be accessed by one simple connection. Kings Cross and St Pancras stations create accessible routes to Luton and Gatwick airports, Brighton, Leeds, Newcastle and Edinburgh.
Euston Station can also be found at a very short distance, ten minutes in a cab, with train links to Liverpool, Manchester and further afield. This area is also served by 12 bus routes and two major taxi-cab ranks.

Upon full payment of conference registration fees, the participant may request an invitation letter via email. Ctrl-Shift will not supply an invitation letter to unpaid or unregistered participants. Regular cancellation deadlines apply, regardless of whether your visa was granted or not.
Details of the agenda can be found on the ctrl-shift website, and these will be updated until the day of the conference. A full conference agenda including conference sessions will be given to delegates on the day.
